At Twilight Comics, our goal is to ensure our Guests are happy with their purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns and Exchanges:

 

• Store Credit Only: Returns are eligible for store credit.

• Receipt Required: A valid receipt must be presented for all returns.

• 15-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

• Original Condition: All items and packaging must be in their original, unused condition for a return to be processed.


Important Notes:

Some items, such as collectibles, may not be eligible for return. Please ask our staff for more information on excluded items.

Store credit will be issued for the current price of the item at the time of the return.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we may be unable to accept the return, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Final Sale Items: All discounted and sale items are final sales and are not eligible for returns.

 

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at 618-416-2797 or [email protected], and we will work to resolve the issue.

How to Return: Bring your item to the store along with your receipt within 15 days of purchase. Our team will process your return and issue store credit for eligible returns.
